Some women will do anything for marriage even to the extent of embarrassing themselves. A Nigerian lady has taken marriage proposal to another level by threatening her long-term boyfriend to either marry her or she dies.
The lady is seen lying down on the main streets of Lagos in a video which has gone viral on social media.
The boyfriend is heard in the background asking if it is by force to marry someone while onlookers felt the lady had collapsed. Watch the video below:
These days some women use all sorts of means to get a man to marry them. It is not surprising that some will even go to the extent of threatening to kill themselves if their men do not propose to them.
Is society to be blamed for this? Is this because of the pressures mounted on African women especially to get married or is this purely love?
One would never know but it is clear that some women will do anything and beyond just to get married.
